The Association met April 5, and elected new officers (see separate post), and discussed some financial business. The financial business Included changing our bank due to the bank being purchased. A second Item was to work on a new dues payment so that credit / debit cards could be accepted for the annual $100. However, to pay this way would be at a rate of $105 to help offset the card fee.

The concerns voiced was a desire to have a fun gathering, and as an association to address the following concerns – the gate on Dodd Dr.. between our neighborhood and the Wisteria neighborhood, speeding cars (the speed limit Is 20 mph), and dogs roaming the neighborhood without owners and their droppings not being collected by the dog owners.
